SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. -- Senate Majority Leader Dean Skelos continues his upstate tour.
He's meeting with Assemblyman Roy McDonald and other officials at the Saratoga Race Course this afternoon.
Skelos has made stops in the Mohawk Valley and North Country in recent days.
