SCHENECTADY, N.Y. -- The man who claims Schenectady police officers assaulted him is back in court today to face DWI charges.
Donald Randolph was arrested in December after police said he drove drunk through a McDonald's drive-thru.
Randolph claims when police pulled him over, the officers assaulted him.
Attorney General Andrew Cuomo's office is handling the claims against the officers, because of a conflict of interest with an employee at the district attorney's office.
